Jack Jouett’s Softball Fields get major rehab effort by CRF and UVA Baseball
The UVA baseball team and Carson Raymond Foundation volunteers came together for the annual fall field build/rehab. The team gave Jack Jouett softball fields and surrounding area a total overhaul. The foundation raised the $15,000 to cover all the costs of the rehab and build out on that area. Dirt was added to two fields, a backstop and dugouts were built, the protection screen to the field was repaired and benches near the fields were painted. These two fields are primarily used by Little League softball teams and the school teams from Jouett Middle and Albemarle High School.
